mental or not

Idon't believe I was or am mentally ill because, well, I guess I cannot give you any scientific or factual answer because I didn't study psychiatry. But it's quite obvious I function pretty normally and don't need any drugs to help me get through the day. I'm not Tom Cruise or a scientologist. I believe some people truly need the help because they have some kind of chemical imbalance in their brain and need drugs to correct the defect, but obviously I am not one of them. The psychiatrists who diagnosed me as mentally ill were paid as defense witnesses so of course they came to that conclusion. Because the prosecution shrinks said I was not mentally ill at all! So who are you gonna believe?
